By making up for the defects of existing 3TR Pixel structure, this paper proposes new complementary image pixel structure. Newly designed complementary pixel is consisted of photo diode which is verified with simulation, PMOS reset transistor, sorre NMOS and sorre PMOS for complementary signals. Photo diode signals from each PMOS and NMOS are detected by reset mos. These output signals give enough chances to detect wide operation coverages.
