Simulation of Marine Boiler Drum Water System and Expert PID control System

The accurate model of boiler drum water system was firstly established in accord with the theory of marine boiler. Secondly its dynamic responses were compared on different steam flow and feed water flow. The result proved that simulation models are in accordance with the actual process. Computer simulation research of the boiler drum water system was realized by using MATLAB on two different control methods: General PID controller and Expert PID controller. The computer simulation result shows the characters of Expert PID controller.
