A compact multi-band antenna design for mobile handsets

In this paper, a compact multi-band antenna design (36 /spl times/ 13 /spl times/ 6.5 mm/sup 3/) for multi-function and multi-band application on highly integrated mobile handsets is investigated theoretically and experimentally. Well measured performance on both return loss and antenna gain is achieved as predicted theoretically.
