Efficient Analysis of Vivaldi Array Using P-CBFM/p-FFT Method

In this paper, an efficient algorithm is applied to analyze periodic Vivaldi array, which has tight coupling between nearby elements. For the algorithm, the characteristic basis function method (CBFM) and precorrected-fast Fourier transform (p-FFT) algorithm are combined to solve the hybrid volume-surface integral equation (VSIE), so that vivaldi array with composite dielectric-conductor objects can be analyzed efficiently.
