담수화 설비 Water Spray 노즐의 설계 Tool 개발을 위한 실험적 연구

The objective of this work is to develop spray nozzles which will be applied in MED (Multi Effect Distillation) system Spray nozzle is a device for seawater injection on evaporator tube in MED system. Applied spray nozzle in MED system should have a simple structure with no blockage. Also the number of nozzles and the power consumption should be minimized. For the development of spray nozzles, we constructed the experimental equipment. Through the experiment, we developed nozzle and design tool that yields pressure loss less than 0.5bar and spray angle became more than 100 degrees.
