APPLYING THE PROJECTS TO THE LEADERSHIP COURSE TOWARDS A THEORY OF CONCEPTUAL CHANGE

The purpose of this study aims to develop a pilot model of leadership curricula and instruction design. According to the expanding green revolution, this study introduce conversational learning and project based learning (PBL) in order to develop moral reasoning and the learner-centred leadership abilities that can conform to both the industries" and learners" needs. An instructional experiment was used to test and verify this pilot model. The course design and content development were based on the gap between experts and students; the findings show that there is a significant difference between pre and post instruction on competency indices. With the rapid growth of technologies, more and more innovative products and services are created; hence, the society, way of life and work are changing. In order to keep competence in the global age, a well-designed management education should keep face with the fast changes of the real world. Most graduate students will go back to management work immediately after graduation; therefore, it is school"s duty to assist graduate students learning leadership capabilities fitting with the market trend and needs, and to develop an industrial-oriented leadership course for cultivating competent leaders.
