Device for measuring hotspot of cell in photovoltaic module

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a hot spot of a cell in a photovoltaic module is provided to increase accuracy of absolute hot spot measurement regardless of surrounding environment changes by controlling a comparison value of a short-circuit current or a maximum power current. CONSTITUTION: A photovoltaic module(10) has cells gathering solar light and generating electric power inside. An electronic load unit(20) enables a specific current to flow in the photovoltaic module. A control part(40) receives and transmits a first percent value of a short-circuit current(Isc) or a second percent value of a maximum power current(Imp) to the electronic load unit, in order for the specific current to flow to the electronic load unit. A thermal image camera(50) photographs the photovoltaic module after the specific current flows for a constant time.
