Feasibility Study for Using Injection Ejector in Spiral Atomizer

In this paper,the comparable experimental investigation on the atomization effect before and after installation of injection ejector in the spiral atomizer was carried out.The analysis and comparison indicate that the atomization effect can be improved greatly after using injection ejector in the spiral atomizer.In addition,in two-phase flow which is consist air or steam and water,internal energy for bubble plays an important role in water flow atomized are pointed out in theory.Finally,it points out that using injection ejector in the spiral atomizer is feasible.Besides,the technology has good economic and social benefits after applying in industry.
