Karar degiskenlerinin tamsayi degerli olmasi gerektigi durumlarda kullanilan ve dogrusal programlama teknigine benzer bir yaklasim olan Tamsayili Dogrusal Programlama Teknigi, lojistik problemlerin cozumunde yaygin bir sekilde kullanilmaktadir. Bu calismanin ana amaci, bir cimento fabrikasinin torba cimento nakliye isinde bir dis kaynak firmasindan yararlanmasi durumunda elde edecegi maliyet avantajinin tespit edilmesidir. Bu kapsamda, dis kaynak firmasinin sahip olmasi gereken kamyon filosunun buyuklugunun belirlenmesinde tamsayili dogrusal programlamadan yararlanilmistir. Cimento fabrikasinin bayilerinin talepleri ve fabrikaya olan uzakliklari ile degisik kapasiteli uc farkli kamyon tipine iliskin maliyet bilgileri ana girdileri olusturmustur. Elde edilen cozum yardimiyla cimento fabrikasina onerilecek nakliye fiyatlari belirlenmis ve bu fiyatlarin tasiyici kooperatiflerin fiyatlarina gore %35.1 oraninda daha avantajli oldugu tespit edilmistir. Integer Programming similar to linear programming, used when decision variables required being integer, is widely used in solving logistic problems. Main goal of this study is to determine advantage of a cement plant in case of utilizing an outsourcing company for cement transportation. In this scope, integer programming has been used for determining the size of truck fleet of outsourcing company. Demand of each vendor of plant, their distance to plant and cost data about the three types of truck with different capacities have been main inputs for the study. Transportation prices for plant has been determined based on the fleet size obtained from the solution of integer programming model and found to be 35.1% less than the prices of transporter cooperatives.
