Supraharmonic bands detection for low voltage devices

A method for detecting supraharmonics emission bands is proposed in this paper. An evaluation of metrological and statistical properties of the measurement system is performed to confirm that the acquired information is accurate. Then, a method for identifying supraharmonics bands was implemented on selected low voltage devices spectrums. Finally, detected emission bands in the frequency range between 2 kHz and 300 kHz are shown and discussed.
