With the rapid spread of various services by IoT(Internet of Things) / CPS (Cyber-physical System), the growing requirement of the edge computing platform for minimizing communication latency is inevitable on the Internet. These platforms generally have to support migrating the edge server instance available for use by nearby mobile devices. In this paper, we design the MEC (Mobile Edge Computing/Multi-access Edge Computing) platform which brings cooperative processing between an edge server and a mobile device. Our approach is focusing on the requirement for continuous and transparent communication as well as latency reduction to improve the offload processing between the edge server and the mobile device. The proposed platform uses an IP mobility support gateway at each network domain to achieve this requirement, and establish communication relationship among these gateways by controlling via orchestrators. We also implement the prototype system, indicate its effectiveness from the viewpoints of throughput and processing time.
