The invention provides a method and a device for sending HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) coded information based on TDD (Time Division Duplexing) configuration 2. The method for sending the HARQ coded information based on the TDD configuration 2 comprises performing matching inquiring in an HARQ mapping table according to transmission state information of down links from eNB to user equipment to obtain a corresponding PUCCH (Physical Uplink Control Channel) parameter and HARQ encoding information; calculating a PUCCH parameter assignment which is corresponding to the PUCCH parameter according to the PUCCH parameter and in combination with resource relevant information of the user equipment; sending the HARQ encoding information to the eNB according to a corresponding resource position of the PUCCH parameter assignment in a target resource block and based on an information format which is corresponding to the TDD configuration 2. The target resource block is reused to send the user equipment to a CQI (Channel Quality Indicator) of the eNB. Compared with the prior art, the method for sending the HARQ coded information based on the TDD configuration 2 solves the problem that the prior art is lack of ACK (Acknowledgement) /NACK (Negative Acknowledgement) and increases the HARQ feedback accuracy when CQI/PMI (Precoding Matrix Indicator)/RI (Rank Indicator)/SR (Scheduling Request) and ACK/NACK are reused.
