Design and Application of New Fast Forming Machine for Concrete Pile Ring

The paper studies and analyzes the problem that there are great difficulties in the fabrication of big-diameter concrete filling pile ring. New pile ring fast forming machine able to process big diameter rebar is designed according to the actual conditions on construction site. The machine can execute fast forming operation for the concrete filling pile ring of various sizes with lower labor strength of the operator and higher working efficiency. The construction demand is fulfilled and design requirement well met.
