Diagnosis Methods for Inter-turn Short-circuit Fault Degree of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Stator Winding

In order to accurately identify the fault degree of stator inter-turn short circuit and ensure the economic and safe operation of the unit, based on improved entropy weight theory and grey correlation theory, mechanical and electrical signals under different fault degrees are used as fault samples The diagnosis model of stator inter-turn short-circuit fault is established, and the patternl is simulated by maxwell software and verified by experiment. This method solves the problem of identifying large deviation by using single feature, and can accurately and effectively identify the stoppage degree of stator winding inter turn short circuit. In order to reasonably arrange the operation and maintenance of PMSM under the condition of stator winding inter turn short circuit fault, the way is simple and does not need to install new sensors, which can provide guidance for the economical and reliable operation of field motor.
