Delivery and pick-up trucks perform a vital distribution function of goods that is an essential component of the activities in urban areas. However, abundance of delivery and pick-up trucks in many central business districts in large cities, have often contributed toward severe traffic congestion. The purpose of this study grasps characteristic of on-road parking on CBD in Pusan and is especially to analyze loading activity. To grasp the factor to give the loading parking time, we were constructed the loading parking time forecasting model through the Sulyanghoa I. And we examine about the disposition plan of loading zone based on the loading parking time in CBD, and propose the introduction need of parking guidance and information system. The results of this study are as follows ; First, we found that loading parking is short time parking the under’s 15 minutes and they do the loading activity after illegal parking at curb side in CBD. Second, the factor to give the loading parking time most big influence was the counselling time. Third, the extend of loading zone are proposed. If 20 minute are allowable parking duration, the reasonable extend of loading zone are about 200m on CBD in Pusan. Forth, we have been desired of parking guidance and information system to improve loading parking problem in CBD.
