Dynamic Dispatching Decision of Transferring Wagons-Flow in Railway Hub

For the dispatching decision of wagons-flow in railway hub, the transferring wagons-flow should be led, and the local is intended to support the transferring. On the basis of the above principle, the dynamic dispatching decision of transferring wagons-flow in railway hub is studied. A mixed-integer optimization model with the minimization of stopping time for the wagons in the railway hub is built. For the characteristics of the model, such as multi-variable, more restrictive conditions, and so on, the size of the model is reduced through the preconditioning. For the timeliness requirements for dynamic dispatching, an improved genetic algorithm is presented. At last, one example is put forward to validate the ideas, model and algorithm for dispatching decision of transferring wagons-flow in railway hub.
