Cooperative control system and cooperative control method for water-heating air conditioning system of passenger car

The invention discloses a cooperative control system and a cooperative control method for a water-heating air conditioning system of a passenger car. The cooperative control system comprises an ECU (Engine Control Unit), an instrument controller, an air conditioning controller, a heater controller, an instrument desk air conditioning operation panel and a multi-position waterway control valve which is arranged on waterways and used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the waterways among an engine, a heater, a compartment radiator, an air conditioning top machine and a defroster, the air conditioning controller serves as a communication center and is connected with the instrument controller, the heater controller, the instrument desk air conditioning operation panel and the multi-position waterway control valve respectively in a communication way; and the instrument controller is also connected with the ECU in a communication way. Compared with the prior art, the cooperative control system and the cooperative control method can realize cooperative control on an independent fuel heater water-heating system, an intelligent cooling-heating air conditioning system, an engine system and a whole car instrument system in different work modes under different working conditions; and on the basis of the reasonable utilization of resources and specific labour division of a car assembly plant and a supporting party, the cooperative control system and the cooperative control method can ensure that the passenger car can meet the requirements of passengers on high comfort.
