The invention discloses an air floatation assembling method and device based on a gantry structure for rotors of an aero-engine, belonging to a mechanical assembling technology. The method comprises the following steps: determining a revolution reference on the basis of an air-flotation revolving shaft system; determining the angle location of a rotary table according to a grating ruler; extracting the radial error of the radial assembling surface and the oblique error of the axial assembling surface of a rotor on the basis of a four-measuring-head measuring device to obtain an influence weight of the rotor on the coaxiality of the assembled rotor; measuring all rotors needed to be assembled respectively to obtain the influence weight of each rotor on the coaxiality of the assembled rotor; performing vector optimization on the weight of each rotor to obtain the assembling angle of each rotor. By adopting the method and the device, the problem of low coaxiality of the assembled rotors of the aero-engine can be solved effectively. The method and the device have the characteristics of high coaxiality of the assembled rotors, reduction of vibration, easiness in installation, high flexibility, and improvement on the engine performance.
