Rosmarinic acid production by Lavandula vera MM cell suspension: the effect of temperature

Lavandula vera MM cell suspension, grown at 28 °C in a 3-l bioreactor, produced rosmarinic acid maximally at 3 g l−1) though most biomass (33.2 g dry wt l−1) was at 30 °C.
