Power module comprising leakage current protecting circuit

PURPOSE: A power module with a leakage current protection circuit increases the reliability of an operation by maintaining the stable operation of a power device and a module. CONSTITUTION: An input terminal of a leakage current protection circuit is connected to a power device. An output terminal of the leakage current protection circuit is connected to a control block (22). Multiple PMOS transistors (30) are connected to multiple NMOS transistors (28). An input terminal of a comparator is connected to a connection wire between the NMOS transistor and the PMOS transistor. An output terminal of the comparator is connected to the control block.
