Numerical Simulation of Open Stowing with Super-high-water-content Material by FLAC~(3D)

Super-high-water-content material is a new stowing material for mined gob.Using the material,open stowing technology was characterized by simple technique,low first investment,high mechanized degree and independent stowing and mining.Based on the characteristic of stowing with super-high-water-content material,movement rules of overlying strata by different mining methods were simulated by FLAC3D.Mechanism of controlling roof and surface subsidence with super-high-water-content material was analyzed.Application of the material in Taozhuang Colliery proved its feasibility and provided reference for stowing mining.
