The Practice and Search for the Functional Readjustment and Improving the Operating Efficiency after Combining the "Two Offices".

This paper explain the necessity of the combining of party Committee Office and President Office of colleges and universities under the new circumstances. And it puts forward a proposal to the readjustment of the function of the offices and to the improving of overall operating efficiency.
