차량 쏠림 개선을 위한 전륜 휠 얼라이먼트 공차해석에 대한 연구

Pulling is an unusual movement of vehicle occurs while driving straight forward. This movement happens with neither steering nor applied external force. Asymmetry of vehicle balance, road condition are considered as major causes of the pulling. Particularly, asymmetry of vehicle bilateral balance causes inconsistency moment around the axis of kingpin, which induces abnormal behavior of steering mechanism. This study suggests a process to improve bilateral wheel alignment by tolerance analysis. Furthermore, optimization and alignment control factors are selected throughout the study.
