Safety Assessment for X80 Long-distance Transportation Pipeline with Hidden Crack Defect

In this article,it adopted GB/T 19624—2004 to carry out the safety assessment for X80 long-distance transportation pipeline,selected 4 kinds of X80 pipeline with different thickness for simplifying assessment,drew the failure assessment diagram and gave out the tolerance of crack size.Based on the simplifying assessment of GB/T 19624—2004,the safety assessment system for long-distance transportation pipeline with hidden crack defect was developed,the software reduced the workload of calculation,improved work efficiency and lowered assessment difficulties.
