Impact of System Quality, Information Quality and Service Quality on the efficiency of information system

Measuring the effectiveness of information systems (IS) has been an important part of the research agenda since the 1980s [1]. Factors affecting the success and effectiveness of information systems are still an important and critical aspect of the structure, operation and improvement of an organization's products and services for end-users - both internal and external users. At present, the need to identify appropriate parameters, helping to evaluate and measure the proper functioning of an information system in an organization. Individual or as a group users rely heavily on information to make decisions to increase productivity and gain competitive advantage. In order to support this, the organization should have a high quality information system. The high quality of the information system with good information technology can create a sustainable competitive advantage [2].
