Secure Networked Control Under Deception Attacks

In this chapter, a secure networked control scheme is presented based on the data secure transmission scheme designed in Chap. 8, which can deal with deception attacks and packet disorders in the feedback and forward channels. The attacked packets and the out-of-order packets are detected and then discarded. To show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, practical experiments are performed on an Internet-based DC motor system (an open-loop stable plant) and an inverted pendulum system (an open-loop unstable plant) based on a wireless metropolitan area network, respectively.
