Obyek penelitian ini di salah satu yayasan pendidikan di kota Malang yaitu Yayasan Bahana Cita Persada. Berawal dari lembaga bimbingan belajar dengan sarana dan pra sarana yang sangat terbatas, namun setelah berjalan dan berproses secara konsisten, yayasan ini berhasil mengembangkan visi dan misinya hingga membangun sekolah yang memiliki karakterisik tersendiri dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikannya dengan lebih mengutamakan pada pendekatan alam yang relijius memiliki tiga jenjang pendidikan yaitu mulai dari SDI Surya Buana, MTs Surya Buana dan SMA Surya Buana. Sekolah dalam naungan yayasan ini berhasil menunjukkan daya saing dengan sekolah swasta unggulan yang lain. Dari segi prestasi siswa, Surya Buana sering mendelegasikan para siswa untuk berkompetisi secara nasional dan international dalam bidang IPTEK dan memiliki lulusan SMA Surya Buana yang sebagian besar diterima di berbagai perguruan tinggi ternama di Indonesia. Dibanding lembaga pendidikan swasta yang lain di kota Malang yang lebih menekankan sarana dan pra sarana yang bagus untuk membentuk siswa yang berprestasi, Surya Buana lebih menonjolkan segi proses pembelajaran siswa. Dan terbukti bahwa sarana dan pra sarana bukan faktor paling utama bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk membentuk prestasi siswa. Dalam perkembangan yayasan yang diamati oleh peneliti, penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menemukan fenomena pada Implementasi Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah khususnya Proses Pembelajaran meliputi metode, implementasi dan supervisi kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

This research is based on a foundation that is the foundation Bahana Cita Persada which is the educational foundation which has its own characteristic in improving the quality of education to further highlight the approach of a religious nature. It has three levels of education starting from SDI Surya Buana, Surya Buana Islamic Junior High School and Surya Buana Senior High School, based on the characteristic of Muslim religious education. This research was aimed at describing and discovered the phenomenon on the Implementation of School- Based Quality Improvement Management Learning Process specifically includes methods, implementation and supervision of the class. This study used a qualitative approaches, method of collecting data is using interview techniques, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results show that: the characteristics of the foundation Bahana Cita Persada on SDI, SMA although MTs Surya Buana showed: 1) Method applied learning is learning methods that have been quite effective, innovation and fun. 2) The process of learning with the learning method performed in MTs and SMA Surya Buana Malang, generally not much different from the SDI Surya Buana. One method or model of learning that characterizes are natural approach to the concept of Triple R. Method of learning outside the school in the form of out bond or learning approach to the concept of a natural approach. Implementation of the implementation of learning at MTs Surya Buana has been quite good and professional. 3) Supervision of education activities that have been carried out either by the school principal supervision activities that were characteristic of the three foundations of these institutions is the monthly assessment report by the school to parents. Learning approach Triple R as phenomenology founding in research is one of the icons that became a mainstay in the learning approach. The concept of Triple R is put forward in understanding the process of learning is more directed to the analysis and combined with -based approach to learning the rules to Islamization.
