DEVELOPMENT OF A SOFTWARE COMPLEXITY EVALUATION SYSTEM

This paper introduces a program tool called Software Complexity Evaluation System(SCES) in detail which is used to measure software complexity. The comparison between it and other metrics tools is also discussed.
