Computer-supported co-operative work: research issues for the 90s

Beaucoup de travaux se realisent actuellement en groupe, ce qui necessite une communication et une utilisation de l'ordinateur particulieres. Les recherches portent sur les besoins en supports technologiques. Le groupe est considere soit comme un collectif avec ses objectifs et ses methodes, soit comme une collection d'individus, avec des forces et des faiblesses, qui n'est pas forcement homogene dans le travail. Dans le premier cas, le probleme est celui du comportement organisationnel, dans le second, celui de la psychologie sociale et cognitive
