Synoviorthesis in patients with hemophilia and inhibitors.

an orifice flow pattern exists, the diameter of the orifice can be calculated before and after therapy. The changes in the pressure-flow relationship during tidal breathing are more likely than maximum flow rates to correlate with the patient's symptomatic status, as our case illustrates: tracheal dilatation produced only slight increases in maximum inspiratory and expiratory flow but marked alterations in the tidal pressureflow relationship and considerable symptomatic improvement.
