Use of the Internet in an introductory circuit analysis course

The author addresses the use of the Internet in an introductory circuit analysis course that uses CircuitTutor software which incorporates graphics, text, sound, and animation in interactive tutorials designed to promote active learning by engineering students. New CircuitTutor problems, assigned as quizzes, are designed to have their answers submitted for grading over the Internet computer network. This approach is improving student learning, and students gain a greater appreciation of computer networking.<<ETX>>
