Thispaperdevelops three approaches fordirectly identifying system modelparameters withmissing outputs. The first isbasedonmissing output estimation, thesecondisthe generalized Yule-Walker algorithm andthethird isatwo-stage algorithm basedoncorrelation technique. Thebasic ideais todirectly identify theparameters ofunderlying single-rate modelsinstead ofthelifted modelsofdual-rate systems from thedual-rate input-output data, basedeither onthereplacement ofthemissing outputs withtheoutputs oftheestimated single- ratemodelsoronthestationarity andergodicity assumptions ofsystem input-output data.
