Mobility-Aware Topology Control for Multi-Radio Wireless Mesh Networks

Wireless Mesh Network is a network technology that is composed of wired and wireless; mobile and stationary; and battery-powered and mains-powered entities. These differences within the topology should be accounted for any protocol design. More importantly, a multi-radio approach can be added on top of the network which could greatly improve its capacity. Therefore, we propose an energy-efficient and capacity optimized topology control algorithm for multi-radio wireless mesh network by utilizing mobility and clustering.
