Fuel gas supply system of lng carrier

PURPOSE: A gas supply apparatus of an LNG carrier which uses a glycol heat exchange method to reduce installation costs is provided to utilize most of existing hull heating systems, to prevent a steam pipe from freezing and bursting, and to reduce the capacity of a boiler in a main ship. CONSTITUTION: A gas supply apparatus of an LNG carrier which uses a glycol heat exchange method to reduce installation costs included an LNG supply pump(102) which supplies LNG to a forced vaporizer(103) to be exchanged with low temperature gas. The LNG is supplied to a gas-liquid separator(104), mixed with natural boil-off gas(101), and then transferred to a gas compressor(105) to rise to the proper pressure which is needed for a main engine. The LNG is sent to a gas cooler(106), heat-exchanged at the proper temperature which is required for the main engine, and supplied to the main engine. Glycol water is used as a heat exchange medium of the forced vaporizer and the gas cooler.
