A multivariable MPPT algorithm for granular control of photovoltaic system with ripple correlation control

A approach for the tracking of Maximum power point in Photovoltaic applications is presented in this paper. This technique can be utilized where each DC converter coupled with its own PV modules. It consists of a single controller for the utilization of multivariable MPPT based on the Ripple Correlation control. RCC utilizes the inherent ripples present in the system due to dc-dc converter consisting of power electronic switches. MATLAB simulations confirm the implementation of proposed techniques
