Reliability Evaluation of Distribution System Considering Temporal Fluctuation Characteristics of Distributed Energy Sources

With the continuous development of the active distribution network, a large number of distributed energy access brings new challenges to the distribution network power supply reliability. It is particularly important to evaluate the distribution network power supply reliability after the distributed energy access. In this paper, a pseudo-sequential Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed to evaluate the reliability index of distribution network with fans, photovoltaic cells and batteries. The system state is sampled by non-sequential Monte Carlo method. Only the sequential Monte Carlo simulation of the fault process can quickly and accurately obtain the reliability index of the distribution network, which is suitable for large-scale networks after a large number of distributed energy access in the future. In the process of sequential simulation, micro-grid operation, distributed energy use strategy and optimal load shedding strategy are considered simultaneously. IEEE RBTS-BUS6 feeder 4 system simulation verifies the availability of the method and analyzes the impact of distributed energy access on the reliability index of distribution network.
