Voltage-controlled linear resistor by two MOS transistors and its application to active RC filter MOS integration

A simple connection of two MOS transistors is proposed to realize a voltage-controlled resistor which is very linear over a wide range of applied voltage. Its application to active RC filter integration by MOS technology is discussed.
