Determination of Importance of Customer Requirements Using the Fuzzy AHP Method

As discussed in Chapter 1, it is important to determine the importance of customer requirements prior to product design since this could greatly affect the target value setting of engineering characteristics, which are related to the overall customer requirements of the product.
