제주지역 특1급 관광호텔 건축공간의 유형학적 분석 연구

This study analyzed the current construction conditions and spatial types of super deluxe tourist hotels in Jeju-do in order to provide data for hotel construction plans. The research methodologies consisted of a literature review and on-site investigations. The subjects were 14 super deluxe tourist hotels under operation in Jeju-do. Data from the relevant literature, websites, floor plans, and images of the hotels were collected to conduct current status and typological analyses. In a typological analysis, the hotels' current operation methods, positional conditions, opening year, number of rooms, elevation size, and construction size were examined. From this typological analysis was derived the characteristics of each type of arrangement, entrance, mass, cross-section, room space, and common area.
