BIM기반 오피스 건축물의 형태별 아트리움 에너지 성능분석에 관한 연구

This study will examine atrium installation types of office structures, and proper scales and forms of atriums that can reduce the cooling and heating loads through performing BIM-based modeling and energy performance analysis. Based on it, perform modeling on the each type of office structure fit to conceptual design step through BIM Tool, and also perform structure energy performance analysis simulation. This study is thought to provide more rational and objective judging evidences leaving general and subjective judgments of designers, and it’ll induce reducing energy loads and installation costs of active system through appropriate atrium planning from the beginning.
