The article describes peculiarities of the lifecycle of the technologically integrated programs of dairy cattle breeding. The authors propose a risk-adapted model of the lifecycle of the technologically integrated programs of dairy cattle breeding. The suggested model expects five phases of implementation of the programs of dairy cattle breeding and agreement of the lifecycles of five kinds of specialized programs. It is secured by performance of a multitude of cycles (sprints). The cycles' duration is determined by duration of the stages of the lifecycles of those specialized programs. By contrast with the existing models of the lifecycles of projects and programs, the presented one provides the opportunity to consider the changeable risk-causing nature of the project environment. The research substantiates the dependences between the periods of fulfillment of the specialized programs, which belong to the technologically integrated programs of dairy cattle breeding. It is confirmed that they may involve some risk that is caused by seasonal variations because of the changes of agro-meteorological conditions and technological peculiarities of the product formation. It is proved that for the conditions of the set project environment (Western region of Ukraine) and planning the start of the spring transition period on the 80th day and later, the risk (probable nonconformity _ 0.2 and lower) is minimum.
