Research on Acceleration and Velocity Estimation of Continuous Wave Radar

Aiming at the influence of target radial acceleration on velocity measuring precision in CW radar,an acceleration compensation and estimation method based on auto correlation function and priori knowledge is presented.The simulation results verify that the method can estimate the radial acceleration efficiently,and the use of priori knowledge can reduce the requirement of SNR,improve the precision of estimation and lower its computational cost.
