A New Testing System on Internal Force Caused by Temperature Changing of Continuous Welded Rail Track

A new theory and principle for a kind of effective testing method of axial internal force of continuous welded rail track when the temperature changes are presented.A mechanical model of continuous welded rail is established to investigate the alteration regular of the lateral force and the effects displacement when the temperature changes.A new testing system on internal force caused by temperature changing of the rail used in continuous welded rail track is developed,parameter amendment is done associated with the calibration experiment and accurate test of rail axial internal force is fulfilled finally.This technology achieves a good effectiveness in practical application.
