Process for sealing elevation drill hole water-stopping sleeves

The invention relates to a process for sealing elevation drill hole water-stopping sleeves. The process comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a sleeve, namely arranging a water stopper at a position which is close to the opening of a drill hole on the sleeve, and arranging a thin hose II which is as long as the sleeve outside the sleeve, wherein the thin hose II is over the sleeve; and a thin hose I which is attached to the inner side of the thin hose II is connected with the water stopper; attaching a thin hose III under the sleeve, and installing a stop valve I, a stop valve II, astop valve III and a stop valve IV on the outer sides of the sleeve, the thin hose I, the thin hose II and the thin hose III respectively; and arranging the prepared sleeve into the drill hole; (2) sealing the sleeve; pouring a quick setting material into the water stopper; pouring a sealing material into an annular gap between the sleeve and the drill hole; when grouting pressure reaches 1.0MPa,stopping grouting, closing the stop valve IV, and waiting for setting; and when the time of waiting for setting is up, cutting off all the hoses outside the drill hole to finish sleeve sealing; and (3) checking whether the sealed sleeve meets the pressure requirement or not, wherein the sealed sleeve is qualified if the pressure requirement is met.
