Discussion on the Construction of Humanistic Service Mode of University Library

This paper expounds the connotation of humanistic service mode, and advances some suggestions on constructing the humanistic service mode of university library from aspects of the service purpose, service mode, service environment, individualized service, equal service, and education and training, etc.
