Performance Analysis on Incentive Environment of Micro Cantilever Piezoelectric Vibration Generator

For improving piezoelectric cantilever generator generating capacity under given dimension,aiming at external force and displacement incentive environment,relations between structural parameter and generating capacity and resonant frequency of unimorph and bimorph piezoelectric generator were analyzed by mathematical model and ANSYS finite element simulation,and the results were validated by experiment.The results show that on external force incentive environment,cantilever's length should be as increase as possible and width should be as decrease as possible;on displacement incentive environment,cantilever's length should be as decrease as possible.Meanwhile,bimorph piezoelectric generator with low thickness ratio should be selected at first on external force and displacement incentive environment.
