An overview of the study on rubber concrete

In order to effectively utilization of waste rubber,and reducing the pressure for environmental protection.An advice of adding the recycled ground rubbers into concrete to produce the Rubber Concrete was put forward which aimed at change of the waste rubbers from the black rubbish and hazards of environment into green resource in the field of Civil engineering.Rubber concrete has many advantages,For example:light,flexible,shock absorption,noise insulation,Toughness.In this paper,an overview of some papers published in China and other countries regarding the performance of Rubber Concrete were presented.A comprehensive introduction to the concrete as well as the impact of physical and Impact resistance,In addition,the future research directions were brought forward for the research and application of this new material.
