Research and implement of heterogeneous educational resources integration

Analyzing current problems of educational resources, the paper indicates the causes of the heterogeneous of the educational resources. We propose an effective solution to achieve the integration of heterogeneous resources, in order to achieve the purpose of efficient use and rational allocation of the resources.
