캠버 저감 제어기 연동 조압연 FEM 시뮬레이터 개발

In this paper, a combined FEM simulator, which is designed by using commercial FEM package named DEFORM 3D, with camber reducing control algorithm for roughing mill process is constructed. In general, since the control algorithm is designed by using MATLAB owing to its convenient mathematical environment, the interface between MATLAB and FEM simulator should be constructed for combined simulation. The camber can be reduced by adjusting roll tilting and the performance of the proposed control algorithm can be tested by using this combined simulation scheme. The effectiveness of the proposed combined simulation scheme is also shown.
