생체 신호 자극용 12비트 전류 구동형 D/A 변환기 설계

This paper describes the design of 12bit D/A Converter for bio signal stimulation and the power supply of 3.3V with 0.35um CMOS n-well 2-poly 4-metal process. It employes thermometer decoder structure for decreasing glitch noise and low power. Also, using deglitch circuit and swing reduced driver reduces a switching noise. FFT simulation results of the proposed 12bit D/A Converter shows SFDR is 69.58dBm at sampling frequency 1MHz, input frequency 1KHz, ENOB is 10.98bit,. INL/DNL is ±1.6LSB/±1.2LSB. Power dissipation is 14.38mW at a 3.3V power supply.
